Daniel is a proud ex-military veteran who served for 12 years. Both of his oldest children, a son named Daniel Cancel Jr., who serves as Vice President, and a daughter named Desaun Cancel, who is the Chief Financial Officer, are also veterans. Together, they manage the businesses he built from the ground up. As a minority and veteran-owned business owner, Daniel’s journey is a testament to hard work, resilience, and self-determination.
Starting from nothing, Daniel created his own path to financial freedom. He faced the challenges of growing up in an environment where making it out wasn’t guaranteed. His drive to better himself led him to join the military, where he laid the foundation for his future. After his service, Daniel dedicated himself to sports coaching, mentoring young athletes in baseball, and engaging in community work to give back to those who helped shape him.
Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Criminal Law. The businesses he started were born out of a desire to create something meaningful for his children—something that would provide them with long-term financial stability and freedom. His goal was simple: to ensure that his kids wouldn't have to live paycheck to paycheck.
Along the way, Daniel’s ventures have flourished. In addition to his businesses, he has expanded his financial portfolio with properties in the Dominican Republic and Toledo, Ohio. His vision is clear: to build a legacy of financial stability that will benefit his children and their future families for generations to come.
